$700 (USD) per week for villa.
Extra nights add $100 (USD) per night.

Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years
(From Dec 18 to Jan 7)
$1,000 (USD) per week for villa.
Extra nights add $150 (USD) per night.

Pool heating is extra. Cost is $140 (USD) per week. (It is advisable to have heating during the months November through March).

For bookings within 8 weeks of departure, the full amount to be paid at time of booking. Receipts / acknowledgements will be issued at each stage for all monies received. Other services are offered you through our Management Company.

Food Packs
Our Management Company offers a Welcome Pack for $75 (USD).
